Organize your menu with collections

Updated July 4, 2026

Collections are the sections of your menu — Appetizers, Mains, Family Trays. Customers browse your menu collection by collection, so how you organize them is how your menu reads.

  • Create and reorder — new collections land at the end of the list; drag them into the order you want customers to see. Products inside a collection have their own order too.
  • Dress them up — each collection can carry a description and a hero image.
  • Hide without deleting — unpublish a collection to pull it off the menu while you rework it.
  • Deleting — when you delete a collection, you can move its products into another collection instead of losing them.

Seasonal menus

Running a Ramadan or summer menu? Build the collection ahead of time and keep it unpublished, then publish it when the season starts and unpublish it when it ends. (Collections have publish-date fields, but those scheduled dates don't yet flip the storefront automatically — so publish and unpublish it yourself when the time comes.)
