Take a tour of your dashboard
Updated July 4, 2026
Everything you do in KitchenRush happens in one dashboard with a sidebar of sections. Here's what each one is for, roughly in the order you'll meet them.
Note: During your 30-day trial, every section is unlocked. After the trial, a few sections depend on your plan — those are marked below.
Day-to-day operations
- Dashboard — your restaurant at a glance: the live order queue on every plan, with revenue and order KPIs from Analytics (Pro after your trial).
- Orders — every order in one queue; track, edit, and fulfill.
- Catalog — your menu: categories, items, prices, photos, and modifiers.
- KDS — the kitchen display: stations, kitchen tablets, and live tickets.
- CRM — your customer relationships: inbox, reservations, reviews, and loyalty in one place.
Your website and brand
- Site Builder — edit and publish your restaurant website.
- Marketing and Growth — campaign and promotion tools (Growth requires the Growth plan).
- Display Management — customer-facing screens like order boards and menu boards (Growth plan).
- Branded app — your own customer mobile app (Growth plan).
Money and the back office
- Payments & Payouts — connect Stripe, watch your balance, and manage payouts.
- Billing — your KitchenRush plan, invoices, and upgrades.
- Labor — staff scheduling, time clock, and PINs (Growth plan).
- Inventory, P&L, and Analytics — deeper operations and reporting (Pro plan).
- Locations — manage multiple locations (Pro plan).
- Integrations and Settings — connections, hours, delivery zones, and everything else.
Not sure where to go first? Set up your menu in Catalog, connect Stripe in Payments & Payouts, then publish your site from Site Builder — that's the shortest path to your first order.
