How do the three plans differ?+
Starter ($99) gets you online — branded site, commission-free ordering, POS, kitchen tablet, AI voice, and email/text marketing. Growth ($249) adds the marketing engine — branded mobile app, loyalty, automated campaigns + CRM, scheduling, delivery dispatch, and display boards. Pro ($449) adds the intelligence layer — forecasting, smart scheduling, food cost + P&L, menu engineering, inventory, and multi-location.
What happens if I go over my email, text, or voice allotment?+
Nothing stops — we never hard-cap your marketing or your phone line. You're simply metered beyond plan at $1 per 1,000 emails, $0.04 per text, and $0.25 per AI voice minute.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 30 days, full features, no card required to start. You only pay once you go live with real customers.
Can I change plans later?+
Anytime. Upgrade or downgrade in one click from your Billing tab — changes are prorated automatically.
Monthly or annual?+
Both. Annual billing gives you two months free (pay for 10, get 12). Switch whenever you like.
Are there per-location fees?+
Multi-location management is included on Pro. The delivery-aggregation add-on is billed per active location — only when you switch it on.
What's the contract?+
None. Month-to-month, cancel any time, export your data on the way out. We keep your site live for 30 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
