Data Deletion Request

What data we hold

Depending on how you have used the KitchenRush platform, we may hold the following types of data associated with your account:

• Account registration information (name, email address, phone number)
• Restaurant and business profile data
• OAuth tokens for connected services (Facebook, Instagram, Gmail, TikTok, QuickBooks)
• Order and transaction metadata
• Customer lead and messaging history
• Platform usage and analytics data

Facebook & Instagram data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to the KitchenRush platform, we store your Facebook User ID, the names of connected Pages, page-level access tokens, and your linked Instagram Business Account ID and username.

We do not store the content of your Facebook or Instagram posts, messages, or personal feed. Tokens are used solely to publish content and retrieve engagement insights on your behalf.

You can also disconnect the integration directly from your owner portal under Settings → Social Channels, which immediately revokes our access and removes all stored tokens for that connection.

How to request deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

Include your account email address and restaurant name. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once deletion is complete.

What deletion includes

Upon a verified deletion request, we will permanently remove:

• Your account and all authentication credentials
• All OAuth tokens for connected third-party services
• Restaurant profile, menu, and branding data
• Customer and lead records associated with your workspace
• Analytics and usage logs tied to your account

Certain data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before permanent removal, and some records may be retained longer if required by law or for fraud prevention.
