The Analytics suite: a tour

Updated July 4, 2026

Analytics (Pro plan) is ten tabs deep. You don't need all of them every day — here's what each is for, so you know where to look when a question comes up.

  • Overview — the weekly pulse and suggested top moves.
  • Executive — the numbers a GM checks daily: today's revenue vs forecast, month-to-date, food/labor/prime cost percentages, open orders and alerts.
  • Forecast — the 7-day sales forecast with confidence ranges, plus how accurate the model has been so you know how much to trust it.
  • Menu — menu engineering; see Menu intelligence.
  • Customers — cohort segmentation of your customer base.
  • Weather — demand forecasting that accounts for the forecast outside.
  • Food Cost — the 30-day food, labor, and prime cost trend against your targets.
  • Alerts — anomaly detection you configure: thresholds per metric (labor %, food cost %, sales drops…), severities, and email recipients.
  • Intelligence and Reports — the consolidated signal browser, and P&L PDFs on demand or on a schedule (see Scheduled reports).

Note: Start with two habits: Executive daily, Forecast weekly when you build the schedule and the prep plan. Add Alerts once you know your normal ranges.
