P&L reports, on demand or on a schedule
Updated July 4, 2026
The Reports tab turns your P&L into a document — the thing your accountant, your partner, or future-you actually reads.
- On demand — pick weekly or monthly, generate, download. The PDF covers revenue, COGS, labor, controllable costs, occupancy, and the KPIs. This is the part you'll use today.
- Save a delivery schedule — set a cadence (weekly or monthly), a send day, and a recipient list. This saves the schedule configuration; automatic emailed delivery is on the roadmap, so for now generate and send the PDF yourself on that cadence.
- Percentages done right — weekly and monthly reports recompute their ratios from the aggregated totals rather than averaging daily percentages, so the math holds up to scrutiny.
Note: Generating a monthly P&L on demand and forwarding it to your accountant replaces a whole category of "can you send me…" emails.
