Set up a digital menu board

Updated July 4, 2026

Your menu board is your live catalog on a screen — not a PDF you re-export every time a price changes. It renders straight from Catalog, so publishing a menu edit updates the board too.

What's on the board

  • Products with photos, descriptions, and every size's price — sold-out items gray out automatically.
  • Your badges (Best Seller, Chef's Pick…), dietary and allergen tags, and spice levels.
  • A scan-to-order QR code so the person staring at the board can order from their phone.
  • A scrolling ticker line (built from your business info like hours and delivery) and a clock; large menus rotate pages automatically.

Putting it on a screen

The board lives at /menu-board on your website's domain — any TV or screen with a browser can show it full-screen. Screens and the board's theme are managed in Display Management (part of the Growth plan).
