Manage reservations

Updated July 4, 2026

If your website has the reservation form section, booking requests land in the Reservations tab with everything you need to plan the seating: party size, requested time, seating preference, special requests, and allergies.

The status path

Every reservation walks a clear path: PendingConfirmedSeatedCompleted. Along the way you can reschedule, cancel, or mark a no-show — and the system only offers transitions that make sense from the current status, so a completed reservation can't accidentally reopen.

  • Confirm pending requests quickly — an unconfirmed reservation is a customer wondering if you saw it.
  • The allergies field is on the card for a reason — get it to the kitchen with the seating plan.
  • No-shows are recorded as their own outcome, so your history distinguishes flakes from cancellations.
