Review job applications
Updated July 4, 2026
Applications from your website's careers form land in the Careers tab with the candidate's details, resume, and cover letter.
- Work the statuses — New → Reviewed → Qualified → Interview → Hired (or Not Qualified / Rejected), so you always know where each candidate stands.
- Use the AI read to triage — where an AI read has been generated for an applicant, the Careers tab shows their AI summary, strengths, weaknesses, and a 0–100 score, so you can rank a stack quickly. It isn't produced automatically on submit, and the Careers tab has no per-applicant "run it now" button today — a score simply appears once one exists. Treat it as triage, not judgment.
- Hiring closes the loop — marking a candidate Hired creates their employee record in Labor automatically, ready for PIN and permission setup.
