Pages and per-page SEO

Updated July 4, 2026

Your site starts with six system pages — Home, Menu, About, Contact, Careers, and Catering — each editable section-by-section like any other. You can add custom pages with their own web address for anything else (a private-events page, a story page, a press page).

Per-page SEO

Every page — system or custom — carries three SEO fields in the Pages tab: a meta title, a meta description, and a social image for when the page is shared. Fill them in so they're ready. One caveat worth knowing: pushing these per-page values into your live storefront's head — the title Google and the browser tab show, and the share card — is part of the newer site-builder rollout and may not be switched on for your storefront yet. Until it is, your public pages fall back to KitchenRush's automatic, locality-aware defaults (your business name and city), so treat these as prep that takes effect as the rollout reaches you.

  • Lead the Home page title with what people actually search: cuisine + neighborhood beats a bare restaurant name.
  • Write the description like a one-line pitch — it's ad copy for the click, not a keyword dump.
  • Set the social image on Home and Menu at minimum; a shared link with a great photo gets tapped.
